Fundamentally - todays VFACTS announcement is very comforting that demand in the auto industry is not in terminal decline - and in fact picking up especially in SUVs/light commercial.

While auto is technically discretionary retail - demand for vehicles will always be robust.
Amazon will also obviously have negligible impact on vehicle sales. In the end you are going to a go to a dealership for a test drive.

1. Trading at multi-year lows and has finally formed a floor.
2. As the largest player in the space AHG is well positioned for any recovery and can continue to acquire any distressed assets in the space.
3. 20-30% bounce from here is easy to see and not stressing valuations.
