The differences between photofix and cardiocel appear to be:
photofix...reduced calcification
Cardiocel. No calcification
photofix...endothelial cell growth via seeding into the graft tissue
cardiocel...natural endothelialization of the tissue by the recipients body.
Cardiocel a better product by far according to my admittedly quick research check this afternoon.
