It's good to get these case studies but it seems that all the residential ones have to date most likely been fairly well off mates of Simon Hackett. College Park is an expensive near city suburb of Adelaide, Scott Hicks was a fellow tech entrepreneur in Adelaide and the Willunga (south of Adelaide) case study was some Google exec. Be better to hear stories from some telecommunications companies, like the Fiji success, if that's the main market.
