A $1/share t/o is probably quite realistic.
It would be at quite a premium to the current SP, and allow a bit of time for a pre-t/o run up of the SP. I cant see why anyone would say no to it in the short term. With the amount of churn since fukushima, the biggest roadblocks would be all of the directors with $2+ options, and maybe some of the major holders.
Fortunately though, as both the directors and the major holders dont own too much stock, they would have a hard time blocking the t/o as most stock is in retail (i.e. our) hands.
At $1 they could have a 200+mlbs mine established for just under $1bn. total cost.
