Good report, would be dissapointing to see takeover occuring any time too soon. Hopefully directors are of same view. Unfortunate that our state of incorporation provides investors with no right to vote on takeovers.

I think BD would be fully aware of the threat posed by UNI in the pre-filled market, you don't become the leading manufacturer of syringes in the world by chance. They will either be formulating a plan to compete with UNI, to take us over, or to work cooperatively. Given that we have the competitive edge in product, it only leaves two options, both of which are good for UNI.

Would be good to see some buying strength, has been weak as piss ever since the CR.
