Novartis and Pfizer Executive to be appointed as CEO
? Ex IBM Director appointed as Advisor and Consultant

Healthcare group, Stirling Products Limited (ASX:STI) is pleased to advise of the
appointment of Mr Jeremy Cocks as its Chief Executive Officer ? designate following
a long executive search. Jeremy has extensive expertise in the pharmaceutical animal
health sector and has proven sales, marketing and management experience in
Australia, the US and the UK. He was recently the Head of Marketing and Technical
Services at Novartis and previously a Director of Pfizer where in the USA he headed
up New Products Marketing and Business Development. The appointment is to be
formalised by 6 June 2011 and is subject to a probationary term of three months and
Board approval. The Company will advise conditions of employment following Board
Approval and formal appointment.
The company further advises the appointment of UK based Mr. John Botten as an
advisor and consultant to the Company. John has extensive multi-national experience
including 31 years at IBM where he was a director for 12 years, including four years
at IBM?s European HQ in France as the Product Director responsible for the
marketing of IBM?s large systems across EMEA and four years as the Commercial
Director on the main IBM UK Board.
Upon leaving IBM, John took up appointment as COO of Spring Group Plc and also
spent six years on the Board of the UK Forensic Science Service. He is currently the
Chairman of The Learning Machine, an open source education technology company
and also of Ipros Software Limited.
John will particularly be advising and assisting the Company in the global
commercialisation of its TeleMedCare e-Health vital signs monitoring business.
Further, the Company advises that it is in the advanced stages of discussion with a UK
broker and institutions regarding the potential dual listing of the Company on the
London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and subject to this
proceeding John has offered his services as a UK resident independent director.
