Further he COO appointment was made by Esra.Do we actually need to be spending cash on a COO? Harry stated he was looking to restructure the co from top to bottom. So another possibility is that the COO position was considered to be a duplication of duties that could be handled by others.
I think there is a lot of concern about nothing here. Everyone's an armchair expert but none are actually across what is required at the coalface- have some faith that Harry knows what he is doing- if you dont have that faith then you should not be invested here- simples.
