At about the same time departures & a new team following the failed skin cream launch. Then, of course, the disruption following the scandal 7 months ago.
- great fanfare re recruitment of a new CEO, revitalised Board. Nothing. Whichever of these two is the chicken and which the egg, it would seem on most ordinary time scales - never mind the impression of imminence from the fanfare - that the moves have got gummed up.

Rosen did seem to pick up the pieces very well. But time passes. If the opportunity to take the helm at a company on the verge of a great leap forward were being offered, you'd think there would be a queue of readily available, eager quality people gagging to take the job.

In sum, is POH, unlike the perception of the happy clappers, perhaps not so well reputed among those in a position to know?

Time will no doubt tell.
