I think there was or is, doesn't mean they are all suitable.
With Harry at the helm, there is no urgency to replace Esra, just for the sake of filling the spot. We are lucky to be in the position of having had Harry to take over, meaning we can be selective.

Maybe there are candidates who aren't happy with the current board or it's lack of certainty at the moment. Maybe the current board are slowing the process and are more interested in their status on the board.
I'd suggest board changes will happen first, providing the solid foundation, and then the CEO will follow.
I'd also suggest the process of selection of board members will be a stringent process after this years fiasco. I'm sure top stakeholders will be eagerly in conversation to get this right.
So yes, the process is taking its time.
I'd prefer they get it right.
