CND have now settled on replacements of their CEO and CFO.
My reading is that the board was not happy with the company performance and
now has key people to drive change with new energy, particularly with the rebrand
of Clarius.
The company is getting free cash flow and is valued well under NTA around 20 cents.
Will be worthwhile watching to see the realisation of turnaround in 2017.
I have recently added to my holdings of CND with long term aspirations.
Note that a well regarded Melbourne based growth fund has entered the Register
recently. A sign of recognition by professional investors. DYOR.
