I believe we are getting a bargain with the "Yeagermeister"

To put things in perspective, I believe his salary with BHP for the last few years has been;

2010 - US$6m+
2011 - US$6m+
2012 - US$6m+
2013 - US$6m+

So at $1.5 million we are paying unders for such a leader that clearly has the know how to take this company places. Frankly, I doubt he would have accepted the position on this salary unless he thought he could create some extra value in the shares he has been allocated.

We should start to see some value in the appointment very soon. Let's see just how professional and insto friendly our little company becomes in the near future.
