I would personally see this as an opportunity to go from a job...

I would personally see this as an opportunity to go from a job where I could earn no more or less as I'm on a fixed salary being a yes man or take an opportunity where I get to stamp my mark on maverick by pushing the company to a new level!
Yeager and mad mgt have set performance targets with the substantial reward if met!
This creates opportunity for Yeager to earn far more than his $6m pa,has he stepped out of his comfort zone (I think so)
What generally happens if you step out of your comfort zone and take on a new venture???.
I for one know that I step up every time as the fear of failure is a very power thing,oh and your partner giving you an ear bashing!

Are your pockets going to be lined if Yeager meets his performance targets???
