Another possibility is that someone wanted to buy some and was finding it hard so bought an option over $1m worth of stock from the Hockings. They might have wanted to accumulate a bunch (remember the 10m share crossing a while back and big volume days) and could have been the person or company that just took 125m shares in a placement. I doubt all 3 are connected but the strength of the SP and those 3 transactions tells a very strong story IMHO. I assume there will have to be a becoming a SS notice soon as the 125m is big enough on its own so we will find out if they are all related soon enough.
