Surprisingly muted response on these boards and others, to what I thought was a fairly significant issue for PYC. Focus elsewhere at year-end perhaps?
So DS, what do you think? You keep a close'ish eye on this one and assume you've spoken with/met Stephanie a few times. Is she the right person to lead PYC into commercialisation?
My concern is she's only help snr mgt roles since 2011 and has little / no experience in pharma. We all know pharma is a cut-throat business with very significant competing interests. I would have liked to have seen more experience in the CEO role, but perhaps that's where her personal attributes and / or the advisory board may see her through? I don't know her, so can't judge one way or another, just voicing a concern from what I read.
Advisory board has been going for years. Acceleration or not, that's a bit of a red herring, which maybe underlines the lack of experience point? Otherwise not as much need to emphasise it.
