I cannot be totally sure but this line in the release suggests these 2 have the sense to "ask and accept" the offer of a salary package that is likely to be a whole lot more rewarding should the SP move northwards significantly.
I guess I would ask for a package like that if I thought there was a good chance it would happen. I guess we will see the numbers........they will be interesting if the actual base salary is lower than is justified.
