Klutz, non core business. Seems like a case of too much effort for two little reward-They were probably making a loss. The business apparently sits well where it has gone and CDR continues to provide a service to it that probably does make a profit. The buyer has I believe according to the media also taken over the debt of the business which is a significant issue.
