    From the previous thread on Neale Taylor.

    If he is on the board of TAP and as suggested earlier he is being positioned for a buy out of ELK, if he starts to buy shares it could be viewed as insider trading and on the other hand if he doesn't it would add some weight to the position TAP are taking.

    are the above reasonable assumptions ?
