    i wish .... the partners will be announced by Dec ...but all the final agreements for finance terms offtakes to be finalized by March ...

    i think this actually make sense, as the chinese partners will need the time to finalize the loan terms with chinese bank, and require time to get the approval from the Chinese Government ....
