Equinox IPO
Cazaly had 30% and will recieve 15m shares + 2.5m performance shares
Shares worth about $3m and expecting to retain it for exposure to Iron

Namibia Kobalt
Looking to divest (sell) it
They like the site but too far away logistics wise
