Not sure the distribution of costs with paper work or banking fees but it is there.
That is around 2/3 the new guys salary.
The new CEO comes on board the day before the general meeting. From what I can gather he is stronger in the oil and gas industry where Richard strengths may have been financial markets.
These meetings can always throw up surprises, interesting times indeed.
