    I agree it's a matter of time. It could be a frustrating few months ahead. The uncertainty in the economy makes it tough. My opinion is hold and accumulate. It will happen it may just take some time. I've been holding since 2015 so personally I am happy to carry on and wait.......Good things to come no doubt. Not advice DYOR.
