FYI, www.wms.com This company is in PDT/TZ's backyard, Chicago, and a large player in that market. And, they have steadily hired Engineers through the economic downturn.
Also, over the past several years, many states in the US have overturned "no gambling" legislation and have begun building many new casinos. This would add to what I suspect is already a huge market considering that slot machines are under constant updating, refreshing and redesigning.
