https://www.russellreynolds.com/ has been hired by NUIX to recruit the new CEO. There is no visibility of this on their website which is expected as this is a very high profile job.
The most recent senior executive was Abdeslam Afras in Germany. There is a good likelihood that the new CEO could be global, maybe American.
However, there are ASIC issues which might need a seasoned Aussie CEO to handle. Saying that, the rest of the board is quite capable of that (Bleich et. al.), so shouldn't hinder appointment of an American CEO.
CEO would have to be seasoned in data analytics companies with great track record dealing with government agencies globally, especially US. Any guesses for potential candidates?
