    Wayne held the second highest job in Iluka's U.S. operations, so he's no mug. But he's going to need to make some very tought decisions to get through this very tough period.

    I wouldn't be surprised if he's got a draft document typed up and ready to go, just to show shareholders he's the man for this job.
