Thank you sirjohnnyboy for your informative post as usual. I have been organising one to post but you have accomplished that probably better than me.

I had contact with Mark this week and he is hugely disappointed with how things turned out after he spent since 2011 6 years bringing the project forward it was a hard decision for him. As sirjohnnyboy says all the couldof / shouldof is past. How could he not stay on short term with all the questions there must be that probably he can only answer after 6 years in the project its great for OGX and the shareholders that he will be there to help with the startup until there is appointed a CEO/Managing director in his place .

Joel our OGX secretary has indicated the information was in the posts put out by the Company as confirmed by sirjohnnyboys post .

Those that were interested enough to read the final directors notice will be pleased to see Mark has not sold his shares and stays holding as he sees a great future for OGX with Anglo at the Cascavel Project
