Yes Wesfarmers is a fantastic organisation here in the West! However, no I can't see anyone from WES being a CEO or director. Most of the people hired are from BHP, Shell, Exxon and other majors. I would expect Woodside to have a very experienced candidate, especially with Richard Goyder having the final say, he will choose the right candidate for the job.
