Late announcement - new Chief Financial Officer, Kieran Wallis replaces Rory More O'Ferrall. From the ASX release:-

"Mr Wallis is the former CFO of ASX-listed GBST, a leading provider of transaction technology to Australian and New Zealand stockbrokers and investment banks.

In that position, he took a leading role in multi-million dollar acquisitions – including the $56 million acquisition of the Infocomp Group - and was instrumental in the listing of GBST on the Australian Stock Exchange in June 2005."


Looks like a positive move.
