that simple statement that FML is morphing into a mining house says it all.
Things are no longer what they were when the merry men started with their dream.Most of which is ontrack to produce considerable returns soon.

It is always disconcerting to see CFO's leave.Just as it is to have your neighbour.The question is that because they need a better or bigger home,or because they don't like living next to you,or they need the money or have personal problems.The truth can sometimes hurt.
However,we have seen the leaving earlier of another integral part of FML success story.He left looking for a more exciting environment.FML is no longer the exciting little dynamic enterprise it originally was that needed financial procedures and a particular form of costing created and specialised methods of operation to be creatively applied to its business.The system is inplace-what i call the McFocus way and it has proven scaleable with the addition of Laverton.
Once you have created what you can,it becomes a bit boring,the excitement goes and very much a number crunching operation.Very much like a marraige going off because the relationship becomes mundane.
Time to move on.Lets hope its that simple.In the meantime bargains galore.

DYOR+DYODD DT and CB have enough Chinese experience for any dealing,i'm sure.The point being,that's what they have kept FML away from,selling FML's sole for the Chinese Dole.Besides there's no need as i'm sure you'll soon see.
