CFO's changing is one of my major warning signs.

Few things make me as nervous about my holdings.

CFO's tend to leave when they don't want to be involved in unethical decisions, or they think the fan is about to be hit with the consequences of previous unethical decisions, or when other managers want someone more agreeable with their agenda.

They also leave for less sinister reasons, like an offer too good to refuse elsewhere, or genuine personal reasons.

What makes me particularly nervous is that this transition was either unplanned, or very ruthlessly planned. JG's resignation is obviously an after-thought. Why would they need a new CFO to do deals with the Chinese?
