The incoming RFX CFO Michael Hipwood took Tritium to Nasdaq listing in 2022. But it is now struggling to stay listed after $100m plus in debts, being under capitalised and it not receiving any government backing; even after the politicians get their photo opportunities (including Biden). Tritium needs to be over $1 US for 10 consecutive days by April 2024 to stay on the Nasdaq. It is currently 23 US cents.
