Squire ………… Good find and I read it as extremely bad news for FAR in the farmout we are expecting, I also wonder if the CGT will be payable on a free carried for a well to say $50m if so then the Kenya farmout could well be dead in the water!!!!!
FAR stated that they would raise finance by the sale of assets, if this included Kenya (I for one have included this in my reasoning) then the proposes CGT will definitely have a effect on how they will proceed and it could be bad news.
