Recently through Hillbilly country and was keen to sus out the view about HIO today particularly after the propaganda tour by BG last year when everything promised and nothing delivered. Excitement has definitely waned including in council - remember the arms around the shoulders from Mayor Kennedy and MD Grazien. Might have some "restoration" work to do there.
