yes, that weekend post made me giggle, at least HIO is a developer not a explorer, the resource is there, so the dial will be moved here by whether the mine will get built or not . Odds of HIO being developed have improved marginally of late given Federal government support ( as well as state support) and discovery of shallow magnetite. But the market has now failed at MASSIVE 5.3/5.5 technical level suggesting enough is factored in, hoping 4.6 holds heading into month-end.
