And yes he suggests the current scope of works is cash covered, and that a partner for the BFS funding is the path they are currently on. From my experience though these small minnows never know how to budget properly especially when they have alot going on, and suddenly find themselves making a dash for the capital markets. Have to live with that at this end of the market
