    The new Chairman appointment is a very good sign IMO.
    The guy has been around. No one should take on a Director, esp. Chair role without due diligence. We should assume he has done that. No one would want to walk in as Chairman to a messy situation, so I think this suggests that the new Chair has determined the business is fundamentally sound.,
