Fortunately for Bellamy the main issue is Chinese labelled products which constitute < 20 percent.
The brand will be taken over imo as it is already an established producer. The issue is not with the product itself but in registration and legislative. A buyer with established networks and understanding of the process will have no issues with using an established organic brand.
