The fact that we haven't heard anything about the chair's replacement either speaks to the chair's capacity to renew the board or to the issues facing the board given decisions by the CEO and current board.

But let's hope for the best! Seriously, RFE has the assets and some degree of production quality (fast drilling, so-so output volume). Now it needs leaders with better finance skills and getting/keeping innovative production people.
