If a PASS deal is announced - the down rampers won't have anything to whine about anymore as the income generated will certainly open up all the development doors that have been discussed.
What would really make a few downramper heads explode will be if NAG ever gets in a position to talk about dividends.
I don't think a smart operator like kevin Perrin would jump on board with millions if he didn't believe in the company. This is in complete contrast to the downrampers who haven't got a cent invested in the company and have no idea what's in the pipeline
