Again you fail to comprehend the EES . Most of the material is classified as clean fill . It's in black and white . Apart from from some Cat C due to fluoride . NAG doesn't have a permit for Cat C . Therefore it's obvious that NAG has little chance . Regarding Cat C , in the extract you posted it states , '' EPA Victoria approval could see most of this reclassified as fill '' .
I consider the NEL EES has a lot more credibility than MTpromises announcements . In fact , IMO , MT has zero credibility and I'm amazed that he still has a job .
