Definitely a chance if it closes above 12 on the weekly but then will hit plenty of resistance around 16 - old Bottom and Top ensemble and Major Weekly TL. There hasn't been a higher top/bottom formation on the weekly for two years. A couple of weeks closing above 16 would be the signal.
The only thing that will move it past the zone is off-takes and finance. Failing that, it will blow right through those double/triple bottoms and cascade to nothing.
