Your assessment is spot on re Wilson's conflict of interest . However there is a duty owed to us by the company separately now with legal who would be aware of this.
In terms of him seeking a way out of the shorts etc I agree he would be sick of it. Him delisting is a possibility. However CEO's have a disorder where they keep wanting to grow bigger and bigger. he also knows that in two more years he can start seeing money coming in and the hard times are over. Being listed then gives him access to money he may need. Its a whole different ball game being listed when things are going well.
Fingers crossed. I will not be selling.
