Acquisition of Cadetta Resources Ltd
The directors of the company confirmed today that the company has received 100% acceptance of its offer to the shareholders of unlisted public company, Cadetta Resources Ltd. Chameleon had offered 13,000,000 (thirteen million) new ordinary shares and 13,000,000 (thirteen million) Options expiring on January 2008, exercisable at 20 cents per share for 100% of the shares and options currently issued by Cadetta Resources Ltd. The offer was open for 7 days. Cadetta Resources Ltd is an exploration company, which owns 100% of highly prospective exploration tenements located in the gold region of Peak Hill, approximately 140 kilometres north, north-west of Meekatharra, Western Australia. Gold has a strong focus in the district, with the recent drilling and exploration programmes carried out by Gleneagle Gold Ltd, with its particular focus being on areas surrounding the Fortnum Plant more particularly the prospects being Nathans, Labouchere and Yarlaweelor together with a recent focus on the areas of Horseshoe and Cassidy. The company will in the next week send an explanatory statement to all shareholders and a notice of the date of the shareholders meeting. Regards
