WGX already has three mills, Bluebird , Fortnum and Tuckabianna , maybe you forgot Fortnum , you may also want to check where the Meekatharra resources are in relation to Delgeranga (SPR) compared to Fortnum .
As for stranded assets at meekatharra - depends really on cut off grade when including transport .

Personally I am pretty ambivalent to the opinions on SPR as a takeover target , apart from a lack of skill sets (easily fixed) and a little capital development SPR is plenty big enough as a standalone .
