It would be in a higher category if it was running the plant sitting there and rusting, producing cash and paying dividends. Deferring restart another year when it is not necessary hit the SP, bigly. There is plenty of ore to restart the plant. Exploration and production can happen at the same time, but can the management think and chew gum at the same time?
