if you can prove, without doubt, that she is lying I will be glad to see her go to jail. Just because she had pot in her bag doesn't prove it was hers. Someone could have planted it. The prosecution needs to prove it wasn't planted. if they can't do that then this case should be thrown out.
Innocent until proven guilty. You seem to support the idea of "guilty until proven innocent"
