If a cop pulls you up down at the beach while your standing next your bogi board and he decides to have a look inside, then you are done for possesion, end of story.

The fact she was trying to smuggle the stuff into a country which has strict drug laws ( for good reason) is good enough reason to let her cop the full brunt of the law, instead of getting off scott free because some deadhead millionaire over here has decided to fork out on her legals expenses.
