She could have gone there with the intention to sell.
or....
She could be part of the smuggling gang and given them the persmission to use her bag for trafficking
or..........
She could be innocent and just the victim of smugglers
We don't know which side of the story is true.
Do we really want to take the chance of convicting someone that might be innocent and might just be the victim of some smugglers? NO, we do not.
As long as there is doubt it'd be silly to convict her.
