i..Subdivision 124-M rollover Relief - Class ruling
Allkem has applied for a Class Ruling for the benefit of Scheme Shareholders, which seeks to confirm certain Australian income tax implications of the Scheme, including the availability of rollover relief for those Scheme Shareholders who are Australian residents under Subdivision 124-M of the Australian Tax Act. Accordingly, the following Australian income tax comments are subject to confirmation by the ATO in its Class Ruling.A link to a finalised Class Ruling will be made available on Allkem’s website (www.allkem.co) following publication by the ATO.

So we have to wait for the ATO ruling before knowing if we can tax relieve but that ruling will occur AFTER we vote.
So we will be voting not knowing if we have to pay capital gains tax or not.
