HEADS OF AGREEMENT
Gullewa Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into a Heads of Agreement
to commence an application for a coal exploration licence in New South Wales.
Gullewa Limited has the opportunity to invest up to $1m to earn an 80% financial
interest in any licence so granted.
Completion of this agreement is expected to take place within 30 business days.
