After baking it with Campell's ''Cream of mushroom soup'', it tastes just like chicken. By itself, pheasants taste like very lean chicken breast, not gamy at all.
Just came back from Bunnings. I have to dig a trench and fix a leaky pipe very soon. Wow, Z1P at $11.00. It is a good sign. No major announcement expected for a while. Evidence of organic supports.
